No-show policy for tastings and events with Proseccheria

Special guidelines apply to tastings and events booked with Proseccheria:

No-show policy for tasting events and events inside or outside the Proseccheria
To ensure all guests have an exceptional experience, we ask that you review and adhere to our no-show policy:

1. Reservations : All tasting events/events in or outside the Proseccheria require advance reservations. Please confirm your participation as soon as possible so that we can prepare for your visit.

2. Cancellation Notice : If you need to cancel, we require at least 48 hours notice. This gives us time to offer the space to another guest and adjust our preparations accordingly.

3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time may result in a fee. This fee is 50% of the total cost of the tasting experience/event as stated at the time of booking.

4. No-show fee: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the tasting/event.

5. Communication : Please notify us immediately of any delays upon arrival. We will hold your place for a period of 30 minutes beyond your reservation time. After this time we may not be able to guarantee your participation in the tasting/event.

6. Exceptions : We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur. In such cases, we stand for flexible handling and look for a solution together. However, we ask that such exceptions do not become the rule and that you inform us as early as possible.
