The Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Extra Dry “”DDD’’ is made exclusively from Glera grapes grown on a single 70-year-old plot in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene. It is an intensely fragrant and pleasant sparkling wine which, together with the Cartizze Brut ‘ZERO’, is the winery's flagship product.

Pleasant, with excellent juiciness and an aftertaste of bread crust, in which the mineral note typical of these moraine soils comes to the fore.
