The Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG par excellence, the ambassador of our terroir: the fruity flavours and the perfect balance between residual sugar and acidity are the result of the privileged location of the vineyards, which are exposed to the sun and benefit from temperature fluctuations and a soil rich in clay and limestone.

The Valdobbiadene - Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Col del Lupo is an ‘’extra dry‘’ sparkling wine, produced using the Martinotti method, with 100% Glera grapes from the vineyards between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene on the high hills. The grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of September and grown under conventional cultivation.

With an alcohol content of 11.5% vol. and a sugar residue of 13 g/l, it has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Its fine, persistent perlage lends it brightness and sophistication. The sweetness, acidity, minerality and creaminess of the perlage combine to create a balanced and harmonious whole.

The nose reveals notes of acacia blossom, rose and fruity nuances of golden apple, Williams pear and peach. This wine should be stored vertically in a cool, dark place and enjoyed at a serving temperature of 6-8°C. It is ideal as an aperitif.

It makes an excellent aperitif and is ideal with delicate starters and white meat.
