ReMAIOR gbeduetet “”returned big’"". This Prosecco was born simple, but perfected through long fermentation in the bottle.
The ReMAIOR Valdobbiadene DOCG Metodo Classico is an extra brut Prosecco produced according to the classic method, made from 100% Glera grapes from old vines in the vineyards of Valdobbiadene on the high hills. The grapes were harvested by hand in September 2018 and aged on the lees for 36 months, with manual riddling for 4 weeks. It has an alcohol content of 11.5% vol. and a residual sugar content of less than 1 g/litre.
Its straw-yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage reveals typical Valdobbiadene DOCG aromas from the high hills - apple and pear - complemented by more developed nuances of almond, acacia honey and butter.
The wine should be stored vertically in a cool, dark place and served at a temperature of 8-10°C. It is an excellent accompaniment to raw fish, fish tartare and cheese.
